If you wish to return your product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your delivery, provided that you supply your order information. Please contact us at information@kidco.com in order to inquire about returning or exchanging products from your order.
To receive a full refund for your item, the products must be returned in new, unused, and sellable condition. This means the product must be in the original packaging and returned in a shipping box, not just the retail packaging. The cost of the freight for the goods being returned will be the only charge you will incur. If the returned products show any signs of use or damage, a restocking fee will be charged.

If your product is damaged upon receipt, please email us pictures of the damage prior to shipping back your return. If you did not purchase your product from the shoplascal.com online store, you will need to contact the original retailer for a return and/or refund.
